1. Choose your Art Acetate Picture
2. Add P K Glitz Glitter to back of acetate.
I prefer using Sakura 3D lacquer.

3. When glitter is dry, turn acetate over
and glue one of your chipboard rings on
top being careful to lay a solid line of glue
all around.

4. Add 2 level spoons of P K Glitz Pearl Glitter
(or Powder Keg Embossing Powder for added
colors) inside the chipboard ring.

5. Glue clear acetate circle over first
chipboard ring to capture glitter. Once
again, be sure to glue down with a solid
line of glue.

6. Glue second decorated chipboard ring
on top of clear acetate for finish.
