P K Glitz  Painting with Powder Keg Embossing Powder

Instructions:
1. Always prepare lighter colored CS with Anti-Static Powder by brushing it over entire surface before stamping with clear embossing ink.
Stamp your image onto cardstock.
2. When applying first color, insure embossing powder is applied in a circular flow or
sprinkling effect thereby avoiding straight lines of
powder.
3. Apply the first layer of embossing powder at the base of the stamped image and knock off remaining powder away from exposed or
un-powdered section of stamped image.
4. Apply second color of embossing powder over first layer and exposed inked area leaving enough inked area for third, fourth and fifth
embossing powder applications.  The stamped image should now be totally covered with embossing powder.
5. Using a dry brush, remove any dots of spots of undesired powder before applying heat.
6. With heat gun, melt embossing powder image.
7. At this point, a second stamped image may be applied.  Before applying second stamped image, reapply anti-static powder and repeat
steps above.

TIPS
Avoid contaminating embossing powder by replacing unused powder in containers after each application.
Stamp Pad must be loaded with ink before each stamping.
Always use anti-static powder before each stamping.
Heat Gun should be "focused" (small nozzle diameter) not "hair dryer" type.
