Deposit $50 due with application (not refundable within 4 weeks of Retreat).  Balance due 2 weeks prior.

When your deposit is received, we will send you a confirmation letter and receipt.  A few weeks prior to the Retreat,
further information regarding class schedules, tool kit items needed, predicted weather, etc., will be sent to you.  
We rely on email contact so please be sure that your email is listed correctly.

Space is limited.  We will accept reservations on a first come basis. If we are booked when your application is
received, we will contact you and, with your approval, add you to our waiting list.

A limited number of rooms are available on site at the Rocky Hill Inn B&B.  Please call for your
reservation.  There are also accommodations at the Bryce Inn in Smiths Grove, KY, (270) 563-5141 or the
Victorian House B&B in Smiths Grove (270) 563-9403  

Due to the age of the property and irregularity of the landscape, we are not wheelchair accessible.  If you have

The leaves are turning and the holidays are coming.  We had such good
reviews from last year's "Holidays Retreat" that we are going to do it again.....
with different classes of course :) (Classes good for all levels of experience)
Thursday - Halloween,   Friday - Thanksgiving and   Saturday - Christmas
Fall Retreat II Advanced
October 25-27
By special request,  in our second Fall Retreat,  we are planning a more
advanced slate of classes. We will follow the same theme of "Holidays" listed
above, however the classes will be more advanced.
Specific Class Projects, Supplies and Samples will be posted closer to Retreat Dates.
The Rocky Hill Inn is located in the beautiful rolling hills of central Kentucky.  Just north of Bowling Green and south of the
Mammoth Cave area off IH 65.  It is a great central location for your retreats whether Business, Art, Vacation or Other.

We will be happy to work with you in designing a get away for your group.  B&B rooms are available on site and for a
larger group, additional rooms can be obtained within a short distance.  Meals from Continental to Gourmet are provided.  
Space for small business conferencing to tables for crafting are also available.
